Please note shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations or Australia may be subject to longer transit times (up to 30 days) due to the carrier or location of station. At this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations or Australia. All US orders are shipped either FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL. All Australia orders will be shipped via DHL.


Custom orders can not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Artletic Apparel strives to provide amazing and quality products and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your stock order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days date of purchase. Warranty items for 90 days from date of purchase. For US and Canada orders within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are not available in Australia, and orders can only be returned. Items purchased through special promotions are final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

All custom apparel and accessory orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Payment in full is required to begin the design process. Artletic Apparel accepts credit cards, Paypal, Western Union or money wire.

Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached. Custom accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks that have been removed from their packaging, cannot be returned for a refund.

In the US and Canada, Artletic Apparel offers 2 easy return options: (1) exchange for another item; (2) return for a refund. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is priced as standard shipping charges.

Please note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.


Returns and exchanges are easy! Just return merchandise, unused, with tags and in original packaging and then order correct size or other choice.


The cost of returning an item for a refund is your responsibility. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived in our warehouse, so please select whatever shipping method you feel is suitable, however you will need to use a tracked service if you want confirmation that your return has arrived at our fulfillment warehouse.


Sorry no. We will occasionally discontinue products and put them on sale to clear the remaining stock. These clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.


Sorry but no. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn (other than tried on for size and fit) or washed. Please steer clear of strong perfumes or deodorants and make up when trying on garments as they may leave a scent of mark which would render the return unsellable and unable to be refunded.


All Artletic Appareal’s clothing is garanteed from defects. All Artletic Apparel products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. Faults can occur from time to time that slip through the quality checking processes. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will typically request you return the faulty item to us for replacement or refund if it is no longer available. Please contact us at [email protected] send us photos of the damage to determine if it is elegible for warranty and if it is elegible, we may request the item be sent back for a replacement or refund. Damage due to abuse, crashes, or neglect are not covered by warranty. We will refund your reasonable postage costs on any defective item.
